Little, Inc., we were on hand to individually value the twenty-two Bell operating companies divested by AT&T in 1984 that were formed into seven regional Bell operating companies. More than a decade later, we observed the impact of the passage of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 and unprecedented technological advancements as companies entered a new millennium.
