• We assisted in the worldwide reorganization of a software/hardware producer prior to its acquisition for $7 billion. 
• We valued the assets of a large manufacturer of passive electronics with $10 billion in annual sales, pursuant to its spinoff into a publicly-traded company. 
• We provided post-acquisition assistance on a $4 billion acquisition of a global data storage technology company. 
• We conducted a cost segregation analysis for a successful computer and software manufacturer on the construction of its corporate complex and R&D facilities in northern California. 
• We performed cost segregation on the construction of wafer fabrication plants for a global producer of PCs and microprocessors.
• We have provided cost segregation services to large Silicon Valley firms on the construction of numerous data centers.
• We provided purchase accounting services relating to the acquisition of a software company, which consisted of 47 companies in 16 countries, with principal corporate offices in the US and the UK.  As part of our services, we established the total common equity fair market values for each company and determined where the intangible assets resided (in the US or foreign corporation).  There were numerous transfer pricing issues involved in this analysis.  Lump sum payments for intellectual property and appropriate royalty rates were derived.
